A visit to Grand Rapids, Michigan is not complete without having the time to visit TreeRunner Grand Rapids Adventure Park. They offer over 60 exciting obstacles, three difficulty levels, zip lines, and seven different courses to enjoy! Junior Park is also accessible for kids aged 4 to 7.
You can experience unique courses in the trees on your own or along with your friends or families. This is a perfect activity for outdoorsy people or a venue for birthday parties, team buildings, and other special events.
Plan Your Visit
Reservations are required to ensure that a harness will be available to all visitors upon arrival. Before entering the park, guests are required to sign a waiver, regardless if they are not climbing. Visitors under 18 years old are required to be accompanied by their parent or legal guardian that should complete the waiver on their behalf. Anyone 18 years above must complete the waiver for themselves. Waivers are required to be completed in advance to create a faster check-in.
Arrival
Arrival will need to check-in first at the registration area. For group visits, the group coordinator should check in with the group at the registration. Everyone must arrive 15 minutes early to check in.
Weather Conditions and What to Remember
The Park operates regardless of weather conditions, rain or shine. In case of risky high winds, thunder, lightning, or heavy downpours, climbs will be suspended as they monitor weather conditions. In case of inclement weather effects to climbing activities, they issue rain vouchers upon requests. It is non-refundable but will provide park credits that can be used during future visits. Aerial Forest
Different types of obstacles, such as zip lines, barrels, cargo nets, and bridges are connected between the platform that is constructed around the trees. They practice a self-guided continuous belay system to ensure safety while climbing.
Junior Park
The Junior Park is specially designed for younger visitors. With only 2-3 feet off the ground, this course is a perfect activity for young climbers ages 4-7. The Junior Park is made up of two types of courses like zip lines and climbing obstacles.
Glow Nights
Experience the Aerial Adventures with a twist by journeying through their adventure park on its own thrilling and fun special events. TreeRunner Grand Rapids Adventure Park is known for its Glow Nights. All climbers who come to glow nights can climb until their closing.
